You have to leave enough in Ullmark's tank for the playoffs. Swayman is hot and cold right now...it's only his second full year and they (Sway and Ullmark) have a great relationship. You can't afford to burn Ullmark out during the regular season. Come playoffs, yep...Ullmark is in every game obviously (barring some drastic changes).

Obviously the product on ice is going to take a hit since they aren't playing in perfect conditions. They are also playing in the cold so your never going to see a hard hitting game.

But it is a special event for the players and the fans that get to go. Look at Nick Foligno. He played like 7 minutes and was screaming like a kid after the game. At the end of the day, all of the players will remember playing hockey in Fenway park. It's a pretty exclusive event and its pretty sweet at the end of the day.

Although I love the concept behind the winter classic, I think it’s ridiculous that they continue to use small baseball stadiums that have very few seats where you can even see the puck or even have a decent view of the action. You couldn’t pay me to go to one of these games and freeze my balls off.

Yeah, haven't seen anything from the team yet just media reports. Hopefully simple hairline fracture that heals quickly.

I thought I read the injury happened shortly before the GWG. So he only scored once with a broken leg!!

Honestly though, I've been wrong on literally every single prediction I made for this year. Montgomery seems to have the team in the palm of his hands, Ullmark continues his strong (other worldly) play, and by god........Jake DeBrusk has been everything I said he would never be. I realize you can throw a pop tart on the first line with bergy and marchy and still get results, but he's been kind of carrying that line for about a month now. Admittedly wrong on all accounts.

What's the deal with marchy? There's got to be some kind of lingering/new injury there right? He has certainly not looked like himself out there. Maybe he came back a little too early?
